Quotations
We offer complimentary quotes for any design request prior to placing an order. This ensures transparency and allows you to make informed decisions without any financial commitment.

Design Limitations and Additional Charges
If the number of designs exceeds the plan you select, you will be responsible for additional charges. These charges will be as per the rates listed on our pricing page. Significant changes to the design will be treated as a new design, while minor adjustments, such as color or file format changes, will not incur additional charges and will be considered part of the original design.

Accuracy of Service
Given the customized nature of our services, minor spelling or design errors may occasionally occur. We strongly recommend checking all details before final production. Please notify us immediately if any errors are identified. We take full responsibility for any errors and will correct them promptly, free of charge, unless you are completely satisfied.

Design Modifications
Minor edits, such as design layout changes, color adjustments, or other minor changes, are included as part of our digitizing service.

Multiple Sizes
Designs made for multiple sizes must be made separately for each size, and thus, additional charges equal to the cost of each design will be payable.

Payments
Payments can be processed securely through PayPal or Stripe, allowing you to pay via PayPal or by debit/credit card. If you experience any difficulty during payment, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative payment method.

Price adjustment
We will notify you in advance of any changes to our pricing structure.

Design complexity
More complex designs and variations in logo size may not be included in standard custom offerings. Some promotional offers are valid for first-time orders only and may be subject to exclusions based on design complexity.

Delivery of the order
Final embroidery design will be provided after payment is received. However, a production worksheet, detailing your design’s visual appearance, color patterns, number of stitches, and design size, will be provided prior to payment. This allows you to preview how your design will look post-production.

Design submission details
Please ensure all design details are submitted correctly. We cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect information provided during submission. Double check all details before finalizing your order.

Design Digitalization
Our professional digitizers meticulously digitize each design. However, we encourage you to review your design upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered by many creators. However, we do provide refunds for valid reasons, such as a noticeable problem with the design (eg, a stitched design image). We are committed to working with you until you are completely satisfied.

Turnaround time
Standard delivery of designs is within 24 hours of payment confirmation. For urgent orders, delivery can be expedited within 1-4 hours after payment is confirmed.
